Joel Edmondson
President
The Edmondson family moved to Regency Woods in 2016. Joel and his wife have twin girls at Oak Grove School and two golden retrievers. His professional background is in finance and is currently a Commercial Finance Business Partner in the building products industry. Joel has served on the board since 2021 as general board member and became the Vice President in January 2023. Joel agreed to step into the President position in January 2025.

Doug Malkin
Treasurer
Doug and his family moved to Regency Woods in the summer of 2022 from the Indianapolis suburbs. Doug joined the board as a treasurer in January of 2023. He is a principal scientist at AbbVie where he helps with the development of innovative small molecule medicines. You will often find Doug and his wife and son walking their new dog around the neighborhood or spending time playing soccer, baseball, or riding bikes in their cul-de-sac.

Jaclyn Urbanski
Administrator
Jaclyn and her family moved to Regency Woods in the fall of 2005 from Lake Villa. Her family includes her husband Steve and 3 children. Jaclyn was on the RWHOA Board of Directors from 2008 to 2015, serving as President from 2011 to 2014. In February of 2017, she became the RWHOA Administrator. Jaclyn is on the Board of Directors at IL Hands & Voices and works for IL Guide By Your Side as a Parent Guide. She provides support and resources to families in Illinois who have children with a hearing loss.
